This role involves designing, developing and maintaining robust Python applications with a strong focus on AI/ML solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing and optimizing machine learning models, data pipelines and APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain robust Python applications with a strong focus on AI/ML solutions.
- Implement and optimize machine learning models, data pipelines and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.
- Write high-quality, efficient and maintainable code with proper testing and documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML and Python development.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML frameworks, libraries and tools to drive innovation.
Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
- Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn etc).
- Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms and system design.
- Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven applications in production.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Solid understanding of databases, APIs and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG models or Agentic AI.
- Experience in building intelligent agents or AI-powered products.
- Prior experience in mentoring AI/ML development teams.
