Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned developer to join our team and drive the creation of cutting-edge AI-powered applications. As an integral part of our product development process, you will leverage your expertise in building and shipping Large Language Model (LLM) features in production.

Our ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of AI-native design principles and has a proven track record of translating raw model capability into efficient, reliable, and user-friendly features. You'll work closely with our DevOps team to architect robust systems, automate evaluation pipelines, and ensure seamless deployment using cloud-based infrastructure.

Responsibilities include building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, designing agentic clients, and developing efficient RAG pipelines that handle user intent parsing, tool orchestration, and structured response generation.

You'll also be responsible for automating LLM evaluations, setting up observability dashboards, and continuously refining prompts, embeddings, and model behavior based on user feedback and regression tests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5–8 years of full-stack or backend development experience, with at least 1 year building AI-powered or LLM-based applications.
  • AI-native mindset: test fast, trace deeply, and pause to reframe when needed.
  • Strong Python and TypeScript skills.
  • Experience with either AWS or GCP stacks, such as Lambda, Bedrock, DynamoDB, OpenSearch Vector Search or Cloud Functions, Vertex AI, Firestore, BigQuery, Vector Search.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, Bedrock SDK, and vector database schema design.
  • Understanding of prompt design, embeddings, and agentic workflows.
  • CICI/CD fluency GitHub Actions, containerized deployment, test-first habits.
  • Experience with LLM evaluation tools like Promptfoo, LangSmith, or Guardrails.
