Project Coordinator Role

As a skilled Video Producer, you will be responsible for managing video production projects from start to finish. This involves supervising CGI, 2D animation, and live shoots while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.


  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and keeping them updated on project progress.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to plan and execute projects efficiently.
  • Oversee timelines to ensure that all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Supervise editors, animators, and artists to guarantee that creative output meets client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the post-production team to review edits and provide feedback.
  • Problem-solve when issues arise, whether technical or related to last-minute changes.
  • Facilitate communication between freelancers, vendors, and in-house teams to maintain smooth project execution.
Required Skills and Experience


  • 6-7 years of experience in video production with a strong background in supervising CGI, 2D animation, and post-production editing.
  • Proficiency in editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and creative teams.
  • Multitasking abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented approach.
  • Calm under pressure, able to resolve problems efficiently.
