About the Role:

Movate is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Associate to join our team. As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for identifying customer issues and routing them to available engineers when necessary.

You will create, manage tickets for customer issues and act as the first point of contact before customers reach the Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Your job will also involve creating licenses and support accounts for clients worldwide.

In addition, you will ensure customer satisfaction and experience remain a top priority. Manage high-visibility exceptions and work with cross-functional teams to provide best solutions.
