About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Executive to join our team at Testpress. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for creating and nurturing long-term relationships with our clients.
Your primary objective will be to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring our customers are satisfied with our services. To achieve this, you will need to be fluent in English and Hindi, as well as possess excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of B2B experience in the SaaS space, preferably with a background in customer service. Industry knowledge is a plus, but not necessary.
In this role, you will act as the point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate. You will build relationships with key employees among our clients and schedule regular meetings to ensure their satisfaction.
You will also study competition to find new ways to retain customers and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
Key Requirements:
- 1+ years of B2B experience in the SaaS space
