**Job Description**

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow custom application development expert to join our team at Anlage Infotech (I) Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine and Flow Designer.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement standardization and best practices for ServiceNow custom application development implementation

- Develop custom applications and features to satisfy business needs

- Develop Flows, Flow Designer for custom applications and features

- Develop queries, reports, and dashboards, and Workspaces

- Develop Inbound Email Actions

- Develop integrations in ServiceNow utilizing ServiceNow table APIs, scripted Web Services, and custom REST APIs

- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, SLAs, Notifications, and ACLs, including advanced scripting of each

- Import data into ServiceNow utilizing Scheduled Jobs, Flows, Import Sets, and Transform maps

- Follow coding standards and convention while development

- Implement standards and best practices for maintaining the health, performance, and scalability of the custom app

- Implement prototyping, POC as needed

- Work with customer team members to capture business requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions

- Proactive, responsive, and focused on anticipating future requirements and or issues

- Drive timely closure for assigned issues, requests

- Develop clear and concise technical process user manual documentation

Requirements

- Industry and project experience of 5 years with ServiceNow

- At least 2 years hands-on experience in developing custom apps using App Engine and Flow Designer

- Experience in implementing custom applications, which include but not limited to custom tables, catalog items, Flows, script includes, portal widgets, ACLs, and business rules, etc.

- Expertise with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

- Expertise in implementing ServiceNow Instance Upgrade

- Experience working in an IT Service Management, ITIL, Agile, DevOps environment

- Expertise in ServiceNow Coding, JavaScript, business rules, client scripts, UI Policies, etc.

- Knowledge on ServiceNow ITSM in ServiceNow

- Experience on REST, SOAP-based integrations and inbound email actions

- Sound knowledge of industry standards and methodologies

- Strong analytical skills, communication, and presentation skills

- Prior experience of working with globally dispersed virtual teams across a number of disciplines

- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaboration mindset both within and outside the immediate team

- Creative and solution-oriented

- Willing to take on new challenges and drive them to completion

Certifications Preferred

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer CAD

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM CIS ITSM

- ITIL v3, 4 Foundation
