Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cluster Growth Head. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for strategizing, launching, and scaling up the supply of hotels in assigned regions and cities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies to drive growth in assigned regions and cities.
  • Cultivate and close end-to-end franchisee deals with hotel partners, from building funnels to closing final deals at competitive commercials.
  • Build and execute local marketing strategies to encourage user adoption and penetration of the brand.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making to identify areas of good demand and develop supply relevant for growth.
  • Own and deliver launch targets for the cluster.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate business, with a track record of deal closures in hospitality consulting organizations or real estate companies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and number crunching skills to handle number-driven negotiations.
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of seeking, creating, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Data-driven approach to pitching and supply building.
  • Energetic and self-starter, agile and flexible.
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Comfortable traveling extensively to any region across the country.
