Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cluster Growth Head. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for strategizing, launching, and scaling up the supply of hotels in assigned regions and cities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute market entry strategies to drive growth in assigned regions and cities.
- Cultivate and close end-to-end franchisee deals with hotel partners, from building funnels to closing final deals at competitive commercials.
