Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Design Project Manager to oversee the development of our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

About the Role:

The Design Project Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. This includes coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project success, conducting regular site inspections to guarantee compliance with design and quality standards, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Design Development: Oversee the development of design concepts, working closely with designers and architects to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee compliance with design and quality standards, identifying any issues or concerns that may impact project delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, architects, and contractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in interior design, hospitality, residential, or commercial projects.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills; proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
