Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of interior projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high quality standard.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities. They will also have experience in project coordination and management, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Developing and managing project schedules and budgets.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as civil engineering, architecture, or interior design.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination and management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as project management tools and Microsoft Office.
