Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and proficient PPC Manager to lead our production planning and control efforts in Die Casting and VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Machining processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive production plans, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, efficient scheduling, and on-time delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Die Casting and VMC Production Planning: Develop and execute production plans for Die Casting and VMC machining processes, collaborating closely with engineering and production teams to align planning with technical requirements.
  2. Scheduling and Coordination: Create and maintain production schedules for Die Casting and VMC machining based on customer orders and inventory levels, ensuring seamless workflow and timely delivery.
  3. Die Casting and VMC Machining Process Optimization: Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement, implement measures to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and improve overall production output.
  4. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for Die Casting and VMC machining materials and finished goods, implementing inventory control measures to minimize carrying costs.
  5. Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, die casting machines, VMC machines, and materials, collaborating with department heads to address resource constraints.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Die Casting and VMC machining processes, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with quality control to maintain product standards and compliance, collaborate with procurement for timely sourcing of raw materials, and align production plans with sales forecasts and market trends.
  8. Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in Die Casting and VMC machining processes, promoting and applying lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
