Job Role: Marketing & Events Coordinator

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to manage our external marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibition & Event Management:
    • Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events across India.
    • Manage logistics, vendors, and on-ground execution.
  • Marketing Coordination:
    • Align campaign efforts with sales team goals.
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support sales objectives.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work with internal departments to streamline campaign execution and lead generation.
    • Coordinate marketing materials and timely deliverables.
  • Client Communication & Follow-up:
    • Follow up quotations and mail queries with the team.
    • Maintain professional communication with prospects and partners.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Update marketing databases, track leads, and generate reports.
    • Use MS Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in marketing, exhibitions, or client coordination roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email Communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in handling B2B exhibitions or trade events.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking software.
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
