Senior Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business process analysis and improvement, with a strong background in financial systems and procedures.

  1. Perform thorough analysis of existing processes and identify areas for improvement, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Develop and implement new business processes and procedures, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
  3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to drive process improvements and ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Design and implement reports and dashboards to provide key performance indicators and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on financial systems and procedures.
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvements and driving business growth through data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Certification in business analysis or related field (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
  • Experience working with enterprise software solutions, such as Concur and Workday.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
