Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned commercial banking professional to join our team. This individual will act as a solutions expert/advisor to internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights, process consulting, and domain expertise across commercial banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a domain consultant and advisor in commercial banking engagements across client implementations, solution design, and process improvements.
  • Translate complex banking processes into actionable insights and business requirements for Business Process Services (BPS).
  • Own RFP/RFI responses, solution creation, and go-to-market strategy for commercial banking offerings.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives in client banking operations.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technology teams to ensure banking domain alignment in solution implementation and ongoing service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial banking domain, with exposure to one or more areas like corporate lending, trade finance, cash & payments, risk & compliance, client onboarding from operations standpoint.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, systems, and compliance/regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
