About the role

We're seeking a seasoned performance marketing manager who's analytically sharp and creatively driven. You'll play a key role in developing and executing paid media strategies that maximize ROI and customer growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands the balance between data and storytelling, managing budgets, and experimenting with high-performing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Drive strategic decision-making to maximize ROI and customer growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills – comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into strategy.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards.
  • A strong understanding of key marketing metrics: ROAS, CAC, CLTV, attribution models, etc.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset – you're comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting ideas clearly.
