Corporate Chief Engineer

This is a highly responsible leadership role within our organization. The Corporate Chief Engineer will be responsible for the overall strategy and direction of our engineering teams across all resorts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospitality engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. They will also possess excellent leadership and team-building skills, as well as expertise in building systems and CMMS tools.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can develop and implement policies that drive efficiency and innovation. The successful candidate will be able to lead by example and motivate their team to achieve exceptional results.

About the Role:

  • Develop and standardize engineering policies across all resorts.
  • Lead capital expenditure projects including renovations and new builds.
  • Set benchmarks and KPIs for property-level engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Ensure optimal functioning of MEP systems.
  • Coordinate with resort teams to resolve issues swiftly.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Advanced certifications in facility or energy management preferred.
  • 15+ years in hospitality engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
