Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to own the development of our stablecoin initiative. The successful candidate will lead a small team while remaining hands-on in building scalable, secure backend systems.

The role involves designing and maintaining integrations with on/off-ramp providers across geographies. This includes leading technical discussions, owning architecture for integrations and scaling, and ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading backend development of web and mobile applications
  • Designing and scaling backend systems powering payments and settlements
  • Building solid, reliable infra on top of fragmented provider APIs across markets
  • Mentoring and managing a small engineering team
  • Owning delivery timelines and establishing engineering best practices
Requirements
  • 6+ years of backend engineering experience
  • Strong skills in TypeScript/Node.js and API design
  • Background in fintech or payments strongly preferred
  • Experience building integrations with external APIs/partners across geographies
  • Track record of leading small teams and scaling early-stage systems
