Job Description">

We are seeking a seasoned Backend Architect to design and develop cutting-edge backend systems, leveraging their expertise in Python and FastAPI.

This role involves building high-performance systems, integrating LLM pipelines, and collaborating with AI and product teams to drive innovation.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for owning core backend systems, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with product goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement modular, efficient architecture using Python (FastAPI).
  2. Collaborate with AI and product teams to integrate LLM pipelines into backend services.
  3. Deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure for reliability and scalability.
  4. Lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-ownership engineering culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications">
  • 5+ years of experience in Python development, with strong proficiency in FastAPI.
  • Proven ability to design and scale production-grade systems, with a deep understanding of architecture and trade-offs.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, including deployment, CI/CD, observability, and cost optimization.
  • Strong ownership mindset with experience delivering end-to-end solutions, including AI-native backends.
  • Experience with agent frameworks, vector databases, embedding pipelines, and retrieval-based systems.
