At Athletifreak, we're on the hunt for Retail Store Associates who can bring our luxury performance-wear brand to life on the shop floor. Our ideal candidate is an energetic and style-conscious individual with a passion for fitness, sport, or fashion retail.

We're looking for someone who has a strong sense of confidence, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote our products and services through demonstrations, product knowledge, and visual merchandising
  • Maintain a high level of store appearance, including inventory management, visual displays, and store fixtures
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and company initiatives to provide informed and engaging customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail, preferably in sportswear, fashion, or luxury retail
  • Confident and well-groomed personality with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
