Downstream Process Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Downstream Process Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical execution of downstream processes, including chromatography, filtration, and centrifugation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement downstream process strategies to improve product quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize downstream processes
  • Conduct laboratory-scale and pilot-scale experiments to test new downstream processes
  • Analyze data and develop reports to support process improvements
  • Author and review regulatory documents related to downstream processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemical engineering, biochemistry)
  • 4-6 years of experience in downstream processing
  • Strong understanding of chromatography, filtration, and centrifugation technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
