Lease Abstraction Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee the daily functions of our critical Lease Abstraction Team.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in lease abstraction and team management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing global teams, driving process improvements, and delivering results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage local Managed Services teams in India, ensuring seamless delivery of global services.
  • Engage with Business leaders globally to build and support the Managed Services team in India, focusing on culture, people management, and delivery excellence.
  • Drive global integration and standardization in India by collaborating with Service Offering Leadership to establish a scalable infrastructure.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure commonality of approach and resource management for optimal results.
  • Contribute vision and leadership to align with MRI's Services strategic plans and objectives, driving technology initiatives for growth.
  • Optimize solutions to enhance performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across Services Departments.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or a related field, with a proven track record in managing global teams or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to manage abstraction projects, conduct regular meetings, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Experience in training and onboarding new abstractors to develop the team.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to inspire teams to achieve great things.
  • Excellent communication, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with problem-solving abilities and a client-centric focus.
