The ideal candidate will be passionate about content, creators, and the influencer ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influencer Discovery & Outreach
    • Research relevant influencers aligning with our brand values.
    • Pitch collaboration ideas and maintain timely follow-ups.
    • Regularly update influencer databases.
  • Campaign Coordination
    • Support planning and execution of influencer campaigns.
    • Coordinate sample/product dispatch, content deadlines, and posting schedules.
    • Share creative briefs and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
  • Content & Engagement Tracking
    • Track influencer posts and compile content for internal and external use.
    • Monitor engagement and compile performance reports.
    • Assist in UGC collection and content approvals.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
    • Ensure timely communication and manage basic negotiation within set parameters.
Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
