">We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support students in their visa application journey. The role involves end-to-end handling of documentation, application tracking, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of visa applications.
">Key Responsibilities

- Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.">
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and applicants for smooth processing.">
- Track application status and provide timely updates to applicants and stakeholders.">
- Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, and approvals.">
- Handle queries and resolve issues related to the visa application process.">
- Stay updated on immigration/visa guidelines, policies, and procedural changes.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.">
- 1-2 year of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel documentation.">
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.">
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).">
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.">
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).">
