A leading enterprise application environment requires an experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultant to support data extraction, transformation, and performance optimization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Understand and support core Dynamics AX modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets, and Projects
  • Work independently to deepen understanding after initial knowledge transfer by debugging existing customizations, tracing business logic in X++ and SQL, extracting and transforming data from Microsoft SQL Server
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and migration, perform pre- and post-validation to ensure data quality, create documentation for SQL processes, data mappings, and validation steps
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later)
  • Strong knowledge of X++ development and AX architecture
  • Proficiency in MS SQL Server and query optimization, experience with data migration, transformation, and validation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing scripts, solid understanding of stored procedures, triggers, and functions, knowledge of data conversion best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities
