Programme Director

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Programme Director to oversee multiple projects and work with teams committed to making a tangible impact in communities.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing diverse projects with specialized teams. Your role will involve ensuring successful achievement of project targets, travelling within and outside Mumbai for project implementation, building a volunteer mentor base and coordinating with volunteers involved with the projects, and employing resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring.

You will also trouble shoot project problems and identify and implement creative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in nonprofit program management
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
  • A positive, community-focused mindset
