Senior Technical Specialist

The Software Development Expert plays a pivotal role in crafting and implementing complex software solutions. As a technical leader, they collaborate with colleagues and drive significant initiatives to transform the healthcare industry into a safer and more cost-effective environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading team best practices and mentoring teammates to enhance their skills as engineers.
- Proposing new technology solutions to drive innovation and improve business outcomes.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop company-wide strategies using industry knowledge and foresight.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong track record of collaboration, and experience proposing new product offerings.
Requirements:- Highly motivated and self-learner with a high level of experience in multiple server-side programming languages (Java with Spring Boot preferred).
- High level of experience with client-side programming languages (JavaScript React preferred).
- Experience developing, deploying, and supporting REST services and microservices.
- Knowledge of cloud services, infrastructure as code practices, Kubernetes, and AWS is desired.
- Experience with relational databases, non-relational databases, and messaging systems.
- Minimum 8+ years of work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
The Software Development Expert must be able to apply their technical expertise to drive business growth, while also influencing cross-team initiatives and mentoring teammates to achieve company goals.
