Job Title:

Infrastructure Manager – Cloud and Data Center Operations

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Manager to oversee the management of our cloud and data center operations. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with our organization's goals, ensuring seamless infrastructure operations, and maintaining high levels of regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an infrastructure strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives.
  • Manage daily operations and activities, including on-premise datacenter management and cloud deployments.
  • Negotiate the purchase of software, hardware, and other IT supplies as approved by senior management.
  • Review and analyze existing infrastructure effectiveness and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure management for both on-premise datacenters and cloud infrastructures.
  • Educational Qualification: B Tech / BE / MCA / MBA.
  • Expertise in program and project management, planning, and executing infrastructure-related projects.
  • In-depth hands-on knowledge of infrastructure, including servers, storage, databases, operating systems (Windows and Linux), and networks.
  • Good understanding and exposure to cloud computing.
Preferred Profile:

Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and peers to gain acceptance for alternative approaches.
