We are seeking a skilled professional to act as a bridge between product and business teams.

About the Role:

  • The Product Operations Associate will enable the product team across Used & New Car pods to move faster, make smarter decisions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring seamless processes, data-driven insights, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive process improvements and maintain SOPs/documentation to support smoother product delivery.
  2. Track and report product KPIs through dashboards, highlighting risks/blockers and escalating when necessary.
  3. Analyze data (SQL/Excel) to derive insights, conduct RCAs, and support decision-making with actionable recommendations.
  4. Coordinate across product, engineering, and design teams to align on feedback, fixes, and feature launches.
  5. Manage product tools (ticketing, dashboards, reporting systems) to ensure consistent usage across teams.
  6. Support product release cycles, feature launches, and operational workflows.
  7. Support onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing to enhance product team effectiveness.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for fixes, enhancements, and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Product/Business Ops & Product Analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/SQL.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with product tools like Jira & Confluence.
