Job Opportunity: Immigration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Immigration Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing a large caseload of visa applications, drafting and editing documents, and communicating with clients throughout the application process.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review and edit NIV/IV cases, focusing on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B petitions.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and high-quality work products.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates on case progress.
  • Report to legal teams and managers on case status and progression.
  • Liaise with government agencies, including USCIS, CBP, and US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in gathering evidence, preparing documents, and ensuring adherence to submission deadlines.
  • Identify and rectify delays in the process, demonstrating strategic acumen and initiative.
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and RFE responses.
  • Maintain accurate records and track cases according to firm policies.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law is required, with expertise in O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate are highly desirable.
