Key Role: Sr Developer

We are looking for an experienced Tableau developer to join our team. A strong candidate will have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying data visualizations using Tableau Desktop and Server.

This role requires a deep understanding of SQL, data querying, and manipulation as well as experience with ETL processes and data modeling.

The ideal candidate will also have expertise in optimizing Tableau dashboards and reports for performance, scalability, and user experience.

A scripting language proficiency is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex data visualizations using Tableau Desktop and Server.
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data visualizations that meet their needs.
  • Optimize dashboard and report performance for maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Tableau development.
  • Strong SQL skills and extensive experience with data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
