Role: Gilead Account Manager / Delivery LeadThis role is responsible for servicing entrusted clients in the Biotech vertical, specifically Gilead. The ideal candidate will work with 1-3 accounts and define and implement strategies to help Maxonic become a strategic solution provider to the MSP / VMS for the Gilead Account.
The successful candidate will build long-term relationships with clients and help them fill their contingent staffing needs and contribute to their growth. They will track and review all processes and parameters and collaborate with business to drive the metrics in the direction of the business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for servicing entrusted clients in the Biotech vertical, specifically Gilead
- Will work with 1-3 accounts and define and implement strategies to help Maxonic become a strategic solution provider to the MSP / VMS for the Gilead Account
- Build long-term relationships with clients and help them fill their contingent staffing needs and contribute to their growth
- Track and review all processes and parameters and collaborate with business to drive the metrics in the direction of the business goals
- Well-versed in staffing for the Biotech industry
- Responsible for constant interaction with clients, MSPs, and VMS resources
- Understand the skills, strengths, and interest areas of the resources for better alignment to open positions
- Coach & mentor the teams to deliver consistent deliverables with high-quality parameters
- Knowledgeable regarding the Recruitment life cycle and Staffing
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be independent and a self-starter
- Excellent presentation skills and pleasing personality
- Experience in Recruitment Delivery, Account Management, Account Growth, and success for the Gilead account
- At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in Account Management or as a recruitment lead for Gilead
- Proven leadership and relationship-building skills (networking)
- Business acumen, attention to detail, Project Management
- Ability to think strategically
- Adherence to Ethical Business Conduct
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- This is a full-time position
- Will be located out of Mohali Office
- Will be working US PST Shift 9:30 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. IST
