Job Title: Animator in Virtual Environment
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to mentor and direct our artists in the field of Animation.
- Providing training on Autodesk Maya & Blender Software for Film and Advertising needs, from basic to advanced levels.
- Mentoring artists in Animation & Rigging techniques in various styles (realistic, cartoonish, stylized, etc.).
- Ensuring effective integration between Autodesk Maya and Blender software.
- Enhancing individual skills of in-house Animators & Riggers through efficient teaching.
Key Skills:
- Masterful animation and rigging using Blender and Maya software.
- Strong understanding of animation principles and ability to apply them flexibly.
- Expertise in animation workflows and pipelines.
- Problem-solving skills to address animation issues independently.
- Adaptability to adjust animation style to suit project requirements.
Requirements:
- Responsible and collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Willingness to provide weekly reviews remotely.
- Ability to design training assignments and provide feedback.
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 5-10 hours/week, paid hourly/weekly with flexible scheduling. We welcome applications from experienced Supervisors interested in this opportunity.
