Job Summary:

  • As a seasoned project manager, you will lead our API projects in the pharma industry, ensuring timely delivery and meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring goals and targets are met within desired timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project deliverables, adhering to cGMP guidelines and SOPs.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Generate regular MIS reports as agreed by stakeholders, providing insights into project progress.

Requirements:

  • 9-15 years of experience in program management, preferably in the pharma industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (B.Tech./M.Tech./M.Sc./MBA).

Desirable Attributes:

  • PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SAP, and other project management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to individual and collective goals.

Relocation Requirements:

  • Willingness to relocate to Bangalore for onsite work.
  • Notice period should be reasonable.
