- Create detailed process maps to support client engagements and drive business outcomes.
- Understand and analyze processes across various industries, including finance, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain.
- Develop documentation requirements, including capturing roles and responsibilities, procedural steps, and training materials.
- Promote effective partnerships with engagement leads to deliver high-quality results.
- Analyzes scenarios quickly and develops creative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Up to 3-6 years of experience in process mapping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Demonstrated ability to visualize complex data and communicate insights effectively.
