Radio Access Network Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Radio Access Network engineer to fill a critical role in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in conducting comprehensive tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

  • Define wireless network coverage requirements and select radio solutions as per project needs.
  • Conduct interference analysis, mitigation support, dimensioning, link budget, coverage planning, and report preparation.
  • Understand spectrum requirements and assist customers in procuring private 5G spectrum on a location-by-location basis.
  • Prepare bills of materials and quantities as per project requirements and help customers raise purchase orders.
  • Stay up-to-date on various OEM solutions and showcase product offerings as per customer business challenges and requirements.
  • Prepare technical proposals for tenders/RFPs involving private mobile networks.

The selected candidate will be responsible for staying current on industry developments, networking with peers, and participating in knowledge-sharing sessions.
