Lead Data Scientist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and developing cutting-edge applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of foundational models, frameworks, and techniques, applying innovative solutions to complex problems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, research requirements, and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, research requirements, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Optimize solutions through thorough research, experimentation, and advanced problem-solving techniques.
  • Keep up-to-date with the newest developments in generative AI, deep learning, and associated areas, integrating emerging methods into the team's processes.
  • Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation of generative AI models, processes, and results.
  • Communicate complex concepts and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient coding skills in Python and SQL.
  • Thorough understanding of prompt engineering, including refining and optimizing prompts to enhance the outcomes of Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Working experience with LangChain and a comprehensive understanding of LangChain concepts such as agents, chains, memory, and tools.
  • Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings.
  • Familiarity with the landscape of LLMs, including the GPT family of models and open-source models like LLaMA and Falcon.
  • Experience in cloud computing platforms: AWS preferred/GCP/Azure
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing is a plus.
  • API understanding

Nice to Have:

  • AWS working understanding e.g. Lambda,Sagemaker
  • Vector databases

This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience and a strong background in Generative AI, Deep Learning, and associated areas.
