Job Description

We seek a dedicated professional to manage the entire value chain related to Purchase Order Management, Reporting, and Fulfillment.

  • Issue Purchase Orders based on demands or Purchase Requisitions received from requestors.
  • Drive Order Acknowledgement & Order Fulfillment as per Need Date or Promise Date by working closely with suppliers, logistics, and fulfillment teams.
  • Pull-in or push-out orders and update ERP for any change in supplier Promise Dates based on urgency.
  • Adhere to Key Performance Indicators and business Service Level Agreements.
  • Help suppliers resolve outstanding invoices that have not been paid.
  • Work with suppliers and other business functions to resolve material discrepancies and drive efficient fulfillment to avoid delays in shipping.
  • Prepare and report own Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
Responsibilities

This role requires a strong personality with an analytical bent of mind, good interpersonal skills, and experience in procurement, particularly in the manufacturing sector.

  • Minimum 1 year of procurement experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong personality and analytical bent of mind.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player.
  • Basis understanding of Sourcing & Procurement processes in Manufacturing industry.
  • Basic experience in MS-Office applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
