High-Performance Digital Switch Design Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert to design and develop high-performance Ethernet switches for AI datacenter backend networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design, ASIC/FPGA development, and experience with high-speed interconnect protocols.
- Design and optimize IP blocks for Ethernet switches.
- Develop synthesizable RTL meeting performance and timing goals.
- Optimize designs for low latency, high throughput, and power efficiency.
- Implement Ethernet protocols (IEEE 802.3), ECMP, and congestion control.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Collaborating with teams for synthesis, timing closure, and IP integration.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Verilog/SystemVerilog for design.
- Knowledge of Ethernet (IEEE 802.3), ECMP, and congestion control.
- Experience with InfiniBand, NVLink, or similar protocols.
- Proficiency in P4 or programmable data plane languages.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital design, as well as experience with high-speed interconnect protocols and programming languages. Additionally, proficiency in tools such as Synopsys Design Compiler and timing analysis tools is highly desirable.
