Senior Leadership Role for Oracle ERP/EPM Expert

About the Position:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Oracle ERP/EPM engineering team in Hyderabad.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing high-performing teams, driving performance management, and fostering employee engagement.
  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate globally and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of engineers and principal engineers.
  • Drive performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.
  • Partner with HR to manage talent development, employee retention, and career growth.
  • Act as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth communication between US leadership and India-based team members.
  • Work closely with US leadership to align on guidance, strategic direction, and resource planning.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
  • Strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement.

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle GL and Subledger Accounting.
  • Experience managing Oracle ERP/EPM engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and tools.
