Job Description

As a QA Engineer, you will be part of an Agile team using Microsoft Visual Studio, GitHub, and Atlassian to test applications. Your primary responsibilities will include developing detailed test plans and cases with well-documented scenarios for new frontend web applications and REST APIs.

You will write automated scripts with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Cypress to ensure high test coverage. Additionally, you will perform manual testing as needed and document results according to industry standards.

Moreover, you will participate in requirement gathering with the development team to identify optimal solutions for new applications and services. You will also create technical documentation on performed work according to industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation using software testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman).
  • Deep understanding of QA and development methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Good coding skills in JavaScript.
  • Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., Gitlab, Jira, VSTS).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-dependent problem-solving skills.
  • High-level English proficiency (very good writing skills, fluent speech).
  • Understanding of APIs.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
