Web Application Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive the development and architecture of cutting-edge web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership & Delivery
    • Develop and implement scalable front-end architectures using industry-leading tools and technologies.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, estimate project timelines, and identify implementation risks.
    • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
    • Partner with back-end teams to build integrated, performant user experiences.
  • People & Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of engineers, conducting regular 1:1s, growth conversations, and performance reviews.
    • Recruit and retain top talent, ensuring cultural alignment and technical expertise.
    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in team building and day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of front-end engineering experience with a focus on modern web stacks.
  • Hands-on expertise in React, Next.js, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, TailwindCSS, Webpack, Vite, and component libraries such as Material-UI, Ant Design, or Chakra UI.
  • Track record of delivering large-scale production applications.
  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
