
Senior Corporate Placement Strategist

The placement team is responsible for preparing students for placements and ensuring the successful placement of students in programs. The incumbent should be target driven, have strong connections with corporates for campus recruitment, excellent negotiation skills & communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Placement Support: Develop and maintain a strong industry network with private sector companies, startups, recruitment firms and HR Consultants preferably in Delhi – NCR.
- Build relationships with Industry Associations, Forums, and Industry Captains.
- Stay updated on online communities and social media platforms.
- Navigate various job portals and technology platforms.
- Interact with industries on a regular basis concerning career opportunities and employment trends.
- Connect with other resources and institutions (government affiliated bodies).
- Identify internship opportunities (6 months, 6-8 weeks) for students when required.
- Manage complete placement data, including internship and placement information.
- Prepare detailed reports from placement data for periodical reviews.
- Ability to manage flexible time requirements as and when needed.
- Organize interaction programs on career opportunities in the university and external agencies.
- Track application forms, pre-screening candidates, shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
- Monitor individual candidates' progress.
- Provide counseling on procedures to applicants.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of applicants' information in electronic format.
Training Support: Deliver Skill Lab Orientation programs.
- Take responsibility for enrolling students in the Career Service Tech platform by coordinating with academic institutions.
- Conduct training programs at different academic institutions.
- Collaborate with subject experts, learning engagement coaches to revise and update curriculums.
- Strengthen your knowledge and provide feedback on methodologies in the training process.
- Oversee the Digitally Enabled Platform for which training shall be provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
A Bachelor's degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Desirable:
A Postgraduate degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in placement processes.
Experience:
A minimum of 15 years or more of relevant experience in Corporate Placements in NCR Region.
