Job Title: User Experience Architect

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and user-centered experiences that drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff, guaranteeing successful project delivery.
  • Maintain and improve our design system, ensuring consistency across products and promoting best practices.
  • Apply responsive and accessible design principles to create inclusive cross-platform experiences that cater to diverse user needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and methodologies, injecting fresh ideas into projects and driving innovation.
  • Present design concepts and effectively communicate with stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or equivalent role, boasting a strong portfolio that showcases your expertise.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or equivalent.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and interaction design.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, paired with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with motion design or micro-interactions can be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of branding, typography, and storytelling through design would be an asset.
  • A background in designing for global or diverse audiences would be highly valued.
