Job Title: Trade Settlement Specialist

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To possess in-depth knowledge about the product (Equities and Fixed Income) and comprehend the trade life cycle.
  • To ensure trades are prematched in a timely manner and status is updated to clients/agents/brokers within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure clients/brokers are informed of amendments required and follow up to obtain the necessary information.
  • Adhere strictly to Maker/Checker controls and ensure activities are performed as per checklist.
  • Identify and highlight open risk areas in the process and report them to management for prompt action.
  • Support risk and audit-related activities.
  • Regularly follow up with agents until trades are settled in the market and communicate with clients accordingly.
