Highly Experienced Analytics Manager Sought After

The role of Sr Analytics Manager is critical in driving business success through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
  • Develop natural language processing solutions using NLTK, SpaCy, and HuggingFace transformers.
  • Work on generative AI models and their architectures.
  • Deploy solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Implement MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, and MLFlow to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in ML/DL.
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, and Huggingface transformers.
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the two cloud platforms - Azure or AWS.
  • Proficiency in exposing the solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks such as FastAPI.
  • Experience deploying the solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc., to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking.
  • Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and core software engineering principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Robust knowledge of statistics, data mining, and hypothesis testing, along with a sound understanding of visualization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with all the skills mentioned above.
  • Experience focused on production projects only, with no capstone or internet-based projects.
