Senior Data Insights Manager

Our organization is committed to making data-driven decisions that drive business growth. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Insights Manager to lead our analytics efforts and develop actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modeling, performance tuning) and proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation. They will also possess a solid understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role
  • Lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights
  • Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI to support business decision-making
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Drive continuous improvement in Power BI dashboard design, usability, and performance to meet business needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development (including DAX, data modeling, performance tuning)
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and transformation
  • Solid understanding of data structures, ETL concepts, and business process mapping
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to lead and coach team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts
  • Exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise systems
  • Power BI certifications
  • Hands-on experience of creating Power Automate workflows
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, or data security practices
