Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our organization. This is a dynamic role that involves managing and driving sales through distribution in order to attain market leadership in the given territory.

This position entails establishing a robust distributor network, delivering sales targets, and helping zones and circles achieve revenue targets by driving secondary products through Mass Retail distribution and expanding product penetration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Quality of Acquisition Through the Distribution Channel
  • Track Competition and Report on Schemes and Programs
  • E nsure Availability of Stock at Retail While Adhering to Industry Standards
  • Execute Promotional Activities to Drive Sales and Build Market Credibility
Performance Metrics
  • Achieve Zonal Revenue Target for the Distribution Channel Across All Products
  • Achieve Retail Expansion Targets Through Increase in Number of Outlets in Existing and New Geographies

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and relevant industry experience. A degree in business management or MBA is preferred. Additionally, candidates should have 2-4 years of work experience with a proven track record in distribution planning and channel implementation.
