Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end execution of the project, including project initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and completion
  • Manage stakeholders, foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders
  • Identify risks, issues, critical path activities, and track their mitigations, resolution, and coming up with solutions
  • Provide status updates related to all stakeholders
  • Responsible for people management and resource management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 15+ years of experience in Murex implementations
  • 6+ years of experience in Murex Project Management & Program Management
  • Strong understanding of Murex Architecture and ability to comprehend end-to-end processes
  • Subject Matter Expert in at least one Murex Module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting, or Front Office)
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Offshore delivery management experience
  • Team management experience
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in handling at least one Murex upgrade project, project management tools exposure (Jira etc.) & Scrum certification
