Optimize Workforce Management with Expert UKG Dimensions Configuration

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to optimize our workforce management systems by implementing, configuring, and supporting the Time-to-Pay (TTP) module and Australian payroll functionalities within UKG Dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and enhance UKG Dimensions modules: Timekeeping, Scheduling, and TTP.
  • Design and implement complex pay rules, work rules, accruals, and scheduling policies aligned with Australian Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations to translate business requirements into effective UKG system configurations.
  • Conduct comprehensive unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) of TTP rules to guarantee payroll accuracy.
  • Manage integrations between UKG Dimensions and external Australian payroll platforms.
  • Provide expert-level functional support during and after implementation, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
  • Develop user training materials and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on configuration and implementation experience with UKG Dimensions.
  • Proven expertise in configuring the Time-to-Pay (TTP) module.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll, award interpretation, and Fair Work compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience integrating UKG Dimensions with a major Australian payroll system.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
