Software Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced software developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Design and implement APIs and backend components.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
  • Work closely with QA, Product Managers, and other developers to deliver quality software.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong knowledge of OOP, MVC, and RESTful architecture.
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
  • Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Docker, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to background jobs, caching, and performance optimization.
