Job Title: Ruby on Rails Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

  • Develop robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
  • Design and implement APIs and backend components
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshoot issues
  • Optimize applications for speed and scalability

Required Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), model-view-controller (MVC) architecture, and RESTful design
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Proficiency in Git and version control workflows
  • Understanding of agile methodologies
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
